AP Environmental Science
Environmental science is a field of science that integrates knowledge from areas such as biology, chemistry, and geology, and the social sciences, to study how humans interact with the environment of living and nonliving things.
Environmental scientists focus on searching for alternative energy, understanding of earth processes, pollution control and mitigation, managing natural resources, and studying global climate change.
